• Toilet repair and renovation
• Kitchen plumbing installation and repair
• Bathroom renovation projects
• Pipe unblocking services
• Water meter installation and replacement

Service areas:

Our services cover Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories. Specific service coverage may be limited by geographical location.

Our warranty:

• All repair work comes with a 3-month warranty period
• Use of quality materials and components
• Licensed professional technicians perform all work
• Warranty certificate provided upon completion

Liability limitations:

• We are not liable for losses caused by incorrect information provided by customers
• We are not responsible for circumstances beyond our control (such as natural disasters)
• Customers should ensure a safe working environment; we are not liable for accidents caused by environmental hazards
• Free repairs during warranty period do not include human damage or normal wear and tear

Booking services:

• Services can be booked via phone or WhatsApp
• Emergency services will be prioritized
• Appointment times may be adjusted due to weather or traffic conditions

Cancellation policy:

• Customers can cancel free of charge 2 hours before appointment time
• Cancellations less than 2 hours may incur a call-out fee
• If technician has arrived on site, customer must pay basic call-out fee

Complaint handling:

If you have any dissatisfaction with our services, please contact us within 7 days of service completion. We will handle every complaint seriously and respond within 3 working days of receiving the complaint.

Legal jurisdiction:

These terms of service are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes will be handled by Hong Kong courts.
